Can I really cancel anytime?

BIGVU offers both monthly and yearly subscription plans, and you can cancel your subscription at any time - no strings attached! We want you to be happy with your experience with BIGVU, so if you're not satisfied for any reason, we want to know so that we can make it right.

What does the watermark look like?

The watermark is a small logo that appears in the bottom-right corner of videos created on the free plan. It's important for us to show this watermark so that we can grow our business. However, it doesn't distract from your content and you can choose one of our PRO plans to remove it.

Can I work with my Team?

With the 4K Team PRO Plan, BIGVU allows working in teams and organizing projects in different WorkSpaces. Depending on the rights assigned to each member, you can together create the best possible video content, you can share it on different Social Media accounts and get Analytics, thus allow your business to grow.

What happens to my account if I cancel my subscription?

After canceling your subscription, you get to keep your free account. This means any new video you make after your account goes back to free will have the BIGVU watermark and will be saved locally.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

All videos stored on our cloud are kept for 30 days after unsubscription. Meanwhile, you can export all your videos locally in 'Profile' -> 'Preferences' -> at the bottom of this screen you will be able to export all your data. You can also download each video directly from your Video Projects.

What currencies and payment options are available?

Prices are listed in your local currency if available, otherwise they are listed in USD. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our payment system uses the latest security technologies and is powered by Stripe, one of the most reliable payment companies in the world. If you have problems with card payment, please contact us and we will find an alternative.
