BIGVU collects and receives from users of our Services some personal information. BIGVU provides this Privacy Policy to describe how this information is collected, used or disclosed. Our policy applies only to the Services we provide. It doesn't apply to services you use to obtain our Services, to services of others that you might find by using our Services, or to other services that may coexist with our Services or interact with it either on a mobile device or on the Internet (such as Facebook or Twitter). What information do we collect and use?

Account Information. When you sign up with us, we'll collect certain limited information to identify and reach you, such as your name, email address, and password to authenticate your access to our Services. We may also collect information about your other accounts, such as your login credentials and other information regarding your Facebook, Google, TikTok, Linked and X accounts, that may interact with our Services. We may, in the future, also collect information about your relationships with other users on social media services that interact with our Services. Information

About Your Use of Our Services. We may have access to, and collect, information that your computer or mobile device transmits when interacting with our Services, like IP addresses, and the configuration of the device you use to connect to our Services. We use cookies—both session and persistent—to identify that you've logged in and to tell us how and when you interact with our Services. Information collected includes content that you accessed, viewed, followed, marked, annotated, commented on, or shared.

Face and Audio Information. BIGVU may collect data related to videos, images, and audio in user content, including face recognition and audio transcription. Importantly, all face data is processed 100% offline and is never saved locally or on our servers. This data is not shared with third parties.

How do we use your information?

BIGVU uses information to provide and improve Services, personalize user experience, deliver content, and connect users with other services. Aggregated, non-identifying user information may be used for business analysis and service improvements.

What information may we reveal?

BIGVU may reveal:

• Publicly disclosed personal information (comments, annotations)
• Information to connected third-party services based on user relationships
• Aggregated and non-identifying user information
• Information as required by law, regulation, legal process, or legitimate requests

The security of your information

BIGVU takes reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, though no transmission method is completely secure.

Links to other sites

BIGVU's Services may contain links to third-party websites. Those sites' privacy policies apply to information provided directly to them. BIGVU recommends reviewing third-party privacy policies before sharing information.

YouTube Integration

Connecting a YouTube channel grants BIGVU access to specific channel information through YouTube API Services. Users agree to YouTube's Terms of Service when connecting accounts.

Modifying your information

Users can delete accounts through profile preferences at https://desk.bigvu.tv/profile/preferences by clicking "Delete Account." This action deletes all associated information. Users may also export data before deletion and modify tracking preferences in the same section. Contact support@bigvu.tv for assistance.

Retention and deletion of your uploaded data

BIGVU retains images, videos, and assets imported from devices or cloud storage (Google Drive, etc.) while subscriptions remain active. Deleted assets are permanently removed. Upon subscription expiration, assets are retained for one (1) month before permanent deletion. Users receive notification before deletion.

Use of your uploaded data for AI/ML

BIGVU does not use, process, or retain uploaded assets to develop, train, or improve AI or ML models. Data is processed only for intended platform functionality.

Third-party partners

Exporting or sharing videos to third-party services (social networks) is optional. BIGVU is not responsible for those services' privacy policies. Users exporting to YouTube agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked via Google's security settings page.

Our policy toward children

BIGVU's Services are not directed to children under 13. The company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and will delete such information upon discovery, which may require account termination.

Changes to privacy policy

BIGVU may modify this policy. Material changes will be posted on the website or communicated via email, with effective dates indicated.

International transfer

Information may be transferred to and maintained on computers outside users' jurisdictions where privacy laws may be less protective. Users located outside Israel who provide information consent to transfer and processing in Israel.
