Hooks
Shh, nobody will know you're…
Press the "Record" button on the teleprompter, then quickly turn to the camera and deliver one of these lines in your language: • "Shh, nobody will know you're reading!" • "Shh, nobody will know you're cheating!" • "Shh, nobody will know you're scared of being on camera."
Not comfortable in front of the camera?
Just look right at the lens, tilt your head a touch to the left, and say the hook: "Not comfortable in front of the camera?"
Yes, I create all my videos from here…
Bad example — camera shyness. Sitting on the floor in front of a phone on a tripod, the creator clutches a handwritten script, reads stiffly off the page, keeps looking down and away from the lens, and lets her energy trail off — the classic "saying goodbye to the camera" shyness that kills a hook in the first seconds. On-screen label: "Saying goodbye to the camera — Shyness." Use it as the "what not to do" opener before cutting to the confident, BIGVU-scripted version.

Look like a small business owner. Compliance required.
Heads up — these are rules, not suggestions. We're talking to small business owners and entrepreneurs, so step into the role of Coach/Teacher, Business Owner, or Real Estate Agent. Don't call yourself a content creator or video maker. Makeup & hair: keep it elegant but relaxed. Outfit: smart-casual — skip the gym clothes and sleeveless tees. A few looks: - Coach/Teacher — neat blouse or button-down, soft natural makeup, tidy hair. - Business Owner — blazer over a plain top, or a clean smart-casual shirt. - Real Estate Agent — collared shirt or tailored top, polished but friendly. Keep accessories simple and your background clean.
Teleprompter
Teleprompter close-up
Film a tight close-up of your phone showing the teleprompter. Keep the screen clear of shadows, glare, and reflections so the text reads sharp and high-contrast on camera. Use a script you wrote yourself in your own language — the text on screen must match the language you speak.

Teleprompter over the shoulder
Very important — make 2–3 variations of this shot. The text on the teleprompter must match your spoken language. Avoid recording flat against a wall. Record yourself pressing the record button too.
Show the Beauty Filters in action.
Make a screen recording of yourself using our Beauty Filters inside the BIGVU app. Try at least three filters — we recommend "Skin", "Beauty", and one more you like (Energy, Vivid, Passion, Shine, Elegant…). Keep the screen recording clean: open the Effects panel, tap each filter, hold for a moment so the change is visible, then move to the next. Vertical format only.
Type a script inside the BIGVU app.
Record a 10-second close-up of yourself typing a script inside the BIGVU app on your phone. Vertical format. Shoot a few variations: • At a desk with a laptop in the background • Standing or relaxed, phone in hand • On a sofa or at a café — anywhere natural Focus on the hands and the screen so the script content is visible. No need to film your face.

Talking Photo
Ouch… that was me before my photo could talk.
Start off-camera, out of frame. Step into frame and deliver the hook in your language, pointing upward with your finger: • "Ouch, I know… that was me before I realized my photo could actually talk." • "Yeah, it's bad — this is how I looked before I discovered BIGVU's AI Talking Photo."
Here's how I make all my videos. Watch this.
Record yourself walking with a coffee cup. Take a sip, then deliver the hook in your language: • "Here's how I make all my videos. Watch this." • "Are you tired of the video recording struggle?"
I used to do 20 takes. Now I do one.
Deliver the hook straight to camera in your language: • "I used to do 20 takes, now I do one. The trick? AI Talking Photo."
B-Roll

Film yourself filming
Grab a few seconds of you holding your phone out at arm's length and recording yourself — smiling, relaxed, looking into the lens like you're shooting a quick selfie video. Stand against a clean, bright wall so all the attention stays on you. Keep it light and natural, full of energy. Make sure you're well-lit and in focus.
Talk to camera, gesturing with your hands.
Set your phone on a tripod and film yourself talking to the camera while gesturing naturally with your hands — open palms, expressive movements, the way you talk when you're explaining something you're excited about. Vertical format. Sit or stand in a clean, bright spot with the phone mounted on a tripod (not handheld). Keep your hands visible in frame and let them move freely as you speak — pointing, counting on your fingers, opening your palms. The goal is warm, natural, expressive energy, like you're mid-conversation. Shoot a few short variations (under 10 seconds each) in different outfits or locations if you can. Make sure you're well-lit and in focus.

Show the recording struggle — no teleprompter.
Film yourself trying — and failing — to record a video on your iPhone without a teleprompter. Phone on a tripod, vertical format. This is the "before" moment, so play it up. Show the struggle in a few short beats: • Start a take, lose your train of thought, and stop. • Fumble your words, sigh, rub your face — visibly frustrated. • Restart, forget your line again, get fed up. • Finally give up — toss your script / notes aside (or drop your hands in defeat). Keep it natural and slightly exaggerated — the goal is relatable frustration, not perfection. Shoot 3–4 short clips (a few seconds each) so we have options to cut together.
Activity
A relaxed, candid B-roll of you going about a normal activity — not talking to camera, just living. Phone on a tripod, vertical format, well-lit and in focus. Pick something natural and everyday: • Making or sipping a coffee • Playing with your dog • Eating or cooking something • Tidying your desk, scrolling your phone, relaxing on the sofa Keep it loose and authentic — no script, no looking at the camera. Move naturally and let it feel like a real moment caught on film. Shoot a few short clips (a few seconds each) in different spots or outfits if you can.
Acting

Funny dancing. Have fun with it.
Record a few short clips of you dancing — silly, fun, expressive. Don't take it seriously. Vertical format. Ideas: • A little freestyle in your living room • An exaggerated victory dance • A dance next to your tripod / phone setup Keep each clip short (under 5 seconds) and shoot a few variations in different outfits or locations if you can. The goal is energy and personality.

Frame the shot. Picture perfect.
Record a few short clips of you “framing” the scene with your hands — fingers forming a rectangle around your face or the camera, with a big, confident smile. Playful and expressive. Vertical format. Ideas: • Frame your face, then pull your hands away to reveal a grin • Frame the camera as if you’re composing the perfect shot • Frame something off to the side — your phone setup, a product, or the view Keep each clip short (under 5 seconds) and shoot a few variations in different outfits or locations if you can. The goal is energy and personality.
Speech
Tell us why BIGVU. From the heart.
Deliver an explanatory video, up to 1 minute, on why you recommend BIGVU. Must feel natural — not scripted. Touch on: • You can put your script on the teleprompter and just read • Public speaking is America's #1 phobia • No more memorizing lines • Keep your eyes on the camera while reading • No rambling, no forgetting what to say • Saves time on retakes • AI features: Avatar, B-roll, Script Writer • Beauty filters — camera-ready every time
Same speech, from inside a car.
Film from inside a car using the BIGVU Teleprompter app. Read the script directly from the teleprompter, in one smooth take. Translate to your language: "Did you ever notice that people seem to speak so fluently on camera, and you're left wondering how they do it? Believe it or not, they have words coming up on the screen just like this, which creates the illusion that they're looking at the camera lens when they're actually just reading a script. This has been a must-have in the content-creating industry, and you need to be using BIGVU…" Also screen-record your phone at the same time. We need both: the clean final video AND the screen recording with the text visible.
