Email Settings is a Max plan feature

Like everything else under Connect, Email Settings is Max-only. If you don't see Connect in your sidebar, upgrade from your billing page to unlock email account linking for MCP-driven video pages.

BIGVU never reads your inbox

The permission BIGVU requests is send-only. It can't read incoming mail, your sent folder, your drafts, or anything else. The only thing it can do is send messages on your behalf — and every one of those also appears in your own Sent folder, so you have a full record.

Link the address your audience recognizes

Link the email your audience already trusts — your real work address, not a no-reply alias. The whole point is that recipients see a sender they know, which dramatically improves open and reply rates for the video pages MCP sends out.

Linked accounts land in the inbox, not spam

When BIGVU sends from your real address via Google or Microsoft, the email passes SPF, DKIM, and DMARC checks under your domain — meaning it lands in inboxes. Generic senders get filtered more often, especially for cold outreach.

Can I link more than one email?

Yes — link as many as you need. Personal, team, client-facing, alias for a specific campaign. Set one as default for general use, choose a different sender per email when it matters. Each linked account is independent.

Removing an account is reversible

Clicking Remove revokes BIGVU's send permission and disconnects the account immediately, but you don't lose anything — re-link any time and it works again. Use Remove when you stop using an address, or to revoke fast if something feels off.

What happens if my provider revokes access?

If you change your password, revoke BIGVU from your Google/Microsoft security page, or the OAuth token expires, BIGVU detects it and shows a re-auth banner on the row. Click it to re-authorize and the account is active again — your settings and history are preserved.
