How do I redeem my BIGVU Starter coupon code?

To redeem your BIGVU Pro coupon code, tap the "Redeem Code" button at the top of the landing page. Fill in your details to register, then on the checkout page, select "Add Promotion Code." Input your coupon code in the designated field, enter your credit card information, and tap "Subscribe." You'll only be charged for auto-renewal after one year, and you can cancel anytime.

How do I login into the BIGVU mobile app?

You can log into the BIGVU app using the same credentials you used to sign up for the web app. Simply enter your email and password in the app to access your account

How do I connect my Pivo Pod to BIGVU?

In the settings of the mobile app, select "connect to a PIVO device". Enable your Bluetooth, Camera, and Microphone by pressing allow all. After that, your BIGVU app will start to connect with your Pivo Device

Do I have to use BIGVU with the Pivo Pod?

You can use BIGVU with or without the Pivo Pod. The Pivo Pod allows use record while your phone tracks your movement, and then edit your video directly in the app.
